This is a quiet home nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac with beautiful mountain views. The house has been fully renovated with the top amenities including granite countertops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, new windows and doors throughout, update insulation and a propane heat and hot water system. There's a ping pong table, wet bar in the lower level, perfect for hosting family, friend and group get togethers.
The space
There is a large vaulted open space with massive windows and a fireplace. There’s a game room on the lower level with a ping pong table and board games. The main living level has an open floor plan connecting the kitchen living and dining room. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, all of which have been renovated with tile flooring, new vanities, tubs/ showers, and all new fixtures.

Summary: House is clean, in great condition and very well decorated. Short 6 minute drive to the mountain and near all the restaurants/bars. Host was very accessible and a very nice fellow. Rules were all reasonable, but driving our trash was not ideal as cars were packed to the max. Highly Recommend this Home.
